Practical information: Electricity, water, and heating are paid as a deposit. All apartments are equipped with their own kitchen, toilet, and bathroom, but no major appliances are included. However, preparations for a refrigerator and stove have been made. Each apartment also has a corresponding storage room located on the roof.
